Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible)

  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return (optional but helpful)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t refund items that are lost in transit.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Any item marked final sale (if applicable)

International Orders (Outside the EU)

For international orders, please note:

  • Any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable

  • If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, any return/handling costs charged to us may be deducted from your refund

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank/card provider (processing times vary)

  3. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist
