Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached

Items must be returned in the original packaging (where possible)

Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or damage
To request a return, please contact us with:

The item(s) you want to return

The reason for the return (optional but helpful)
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t refund items that are lost in transit.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item.
Damaged / Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Any item marked final sale (if applicable)
International Orders (Outside the EU)
For international orders, please note:

Any customs duties/taxes are non-refundable

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs fees and returned to us, any return/handling costs charged to us may be deducted from your refund
Late or Missing Refunds
