Shipping policy

For orders shipped outside the EU, we ship DAP (Delivered At Place) meaning import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (including import VAT/GST) may apply and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees, and any customs delays are outside our control. If delivery is refused or duties/taxes are not paid and the parcel is returned (or abandoned), return/handling fees may be deducted from any refund.
